There are 2 cash points located throughout the centre.

Baby Changing Rooms

There are two baby changing rooms located on the first floor of the shopping centre in the main toilet block.

Car Parking

Multi – storey car park with over 800 spaces. There are designated spaces on each level for disabled users in close proximity to the lifts.Car Park Opening Hours: Mon - Wed 08:00 - 18.30, Thur – Fri 08:00 - 21:00, Sat 08:00 – 18.30, Sun 11:30am –18:00.

First Aid

If you ever require first aid in the shopping centre, you will be relieved to know that our security personnel are first aid trained.

Lifts

There are 4 lifts on the main mall which serve the first floor mall as well as all levels of the multi-storey car park.

Passport Photos

There is a passport photo machine located on both the ground and first floor malls.

Pharmacy

Located in the Boots store on the first floor mall.

Public Phones & Internet Terminals

There are 4 public telephones and 2 internet terminals on each level of the shopping centre.

Special Needs Facilities

We have two wheelchairs which we loan to visitors to the Centre upon payment of a €50.00 deposit which is refunded when the wheelchair is returned so long as there is no damage caused as a result of misuse etc. You are advised to ring to book a wheelchair in case they are both out on loan when you arrive..

Taxis

There is a courtesy free-phone located at the main entrance onto Merchants Quay. There is also a taxi rank located just outside the main entrance door onto Patrick St.
